My Husband Contracted West Nile/GBS In November 2017. He Spent

My husband contracted West Nile/GBS in November 2017. He spent 200 days in the hospital, was paralyzed clear up to his breathing. He had to be be weined off of trach and feeding tube. Slowly got where he could sit up. Did rehab in two different hospitals trying to get his legs to work. He has been home since May 2018 and the only physical therapy he does is on a NuStep for an hour a day and standing frame for 30 minutes every other day. He still cannot stand or walk. He is getting discouraged and so am I. Feel like there is something else we should be doing, but do not know what that would be. Our MD is not a specialist on his illness.....we don't know where to turn.
