My Husband Had A Stent Placed In 2007. Had A

My husband had a Stent placed in 2007. Had a widow maker heart attack and now has left ventricle damage. Ejection fraction dropped to around 20%. Was given a life vest until surgery could be done for defibulator. While waiting, he suffered a right middle brain stroke i 2010. Then one month after defibulator placed began suffering seizures. Now takes 2 seizure meds along with heart meds. All check ups are good now. What can I expect to see happen with his health? He has always been very active and I'm noticing a big slow down even though he tries to hide it from me. Should I expect personality changes as well? What should I expect on life expectancy? How closely does he need to be watched? Will his health improve since he takes all medication and now has the defibulator? Should I expect slow decline in health or will it happen quickly? Why don't spouses get better support? I need guidance and answers.
