My Husband Has A Crack On The Foreskin Of His Penis
my husband has been having penile discomfort. there's small crack-like appearance on the foreskin which causes some pain when he tries to clean it during shower, and the glands/ head has whitish appearance ? dead skin which could be washed off with rubbing motion. But thorough cleaning usuallly leaves him feeling sore/raw later. What do you think id the cause?

It sounds like an abrasion. Most of the time penile abrasions happen due to sharp pubic hair or due to forced intercourse through a dry vagina.
Ask him wash it daily with betadine scrub, abstain from sex for a while until it heals.
