My Incisive Papilla Has Pulled Away From My Teeth Slightly

My incisive papilla has pulled away from my teeth slightly but it's not hurting. I think it's causing the gums in between my two front teeth to bleed when I brush. I tried brushing my teeth more softly basically just flicking the hairs behind my teeth and it didn't bleed but I'm still scared.
