hi my right hand numb all the time and my left hand is numbing now too can gas be in my hand

Numbness in both the upper limbs can mostly due to any compression at neck level.There can cervical spondylitis or disc problem , making the discs and extra growths compressing the nerve.
I advise you to visit your Orthopedician and get evaluated.He may ask you to get an MRI of spine to look for any compression.Treating the cause can relieve the symptoms.
