My Legs Are The Same Length However I Have One

My legs are the same length however I have one femur bone that's longer than the other and one tibia that's longer than the other. So one leg has a long femur short tibia and the other has short femur long tibia. Because of this I have pain in my knees and they are weakened. I've tried several things including physical therapy, cortisone injections, anti inflammatory medication and the chiropractor. I'm told my knee is pulled laterally to the outside and was scheduled for a lateral release for my right knee due to it being the worse of the two because it's the right I drive with but it was canceled due to an unexpected pregnancy:) since then my knees have been weakened even more but I'm not even sure what more can be done for them or even if a lateral release would be a helpful solution. But as many people I've talked to I'm curious if I can get any other intake on the situation. Any thoughts? I'm a 25 year old female
