My Mom Has Polymiocytis-which Affects Her Muscles. That Has Gotten

My mom has polymiocytis-which affects her muscles. That has gotten a little better. She also has congestive heart failure and AFIB and an irregular heartbeat once in a while. She has had at least 4 episodes of "blacking out" with her eyes open. Just for a couple of minutes she has no clue what is going on and can't answer us, and yet her eyes are WIDE open! Immediately following she has a "liquid" yellow bowel movement. She hasn't had any for a while. They cut her Digoxin into 1/4 tablet M/W/F and Immuran to half tablet every day. Could any of her health issues or meds be causing this? We have requested to see a cardiologist and a neurologist since - sadly- her Dr. hasn't run any tests except a 24 hour heart monitor which came back okay. Currently all she wants to do is sleep and her physical therapy has basically taken a lot of steps backward! Your opinion?
