My Mother Suffers From Excessive Fatigue, Kindly Suggest

She is a hypertensive, 52yrs of age, she is on a combination of amlodipine and atenolol for 15 years. These days she gets fatigued in doing tasks which priorly she could do like making meals , some little cleaning job etc. She has never been in a gud health. She would not go to a doctor despite my persistent requests. Please give me some idea of what it cud be? she pracitses yoga , and she doesn't has any other major symptoms. she is perimenopausal her bld sugar and hematologist are normal, haven't gone for a cholesterol estimation

there is a disorder called chronic fatigue syndrome it is a medical condition that there is no cure for but it is treatable and is not fatal but you do feel tired and kind of like your taking the flu all the time it could also be fibro myalgia they are almost the same but fibro comes with alot of pain and other symptoms you didn't mention so i would guess chronic fatigue if its not that her meds may need changed blood pressure meds can make you feel tired and bad to she really needs to have a dr. diagnose and treat her i wish her the best of luck
