My neck and back are very painful. I have had disc surgery a few years ago on a herniated disc but the pain is back and getting worse. I have pain from my neck down. My hips hurt so bad. The only relief I get for my buttocks is to get up and walk. This is getting hard to do because it is usually worse at night after laying down for awhile and I am getting no sleep. I have disc degeneration disease and arthristis and bilateral spinal stenonis. My neuro surgeon said my discs are so bad now that surgery is not an option anymore. I really can't continue with this pain so any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
