My patient has had a body wide rash x 2 years. He had biopsy of lymph nodes that reported cells "resembling Langerhans cells. Stains for acid-fast bacilli and fungi S-100 protein and CD1a confirming their identity as Langerhans cells. Notes diagnosis of dermatopathic lymphadenopathy. Do I need to send patient for additional testing with oncology?
