My Penis Is Small When Flaccid And Bends Towards Left Also Has Scars On It. What Should I Do ?

I m uncircumcised and I m almost grade 9(at september) Q1: I found that my penis is small when flaccid, but I think I have normal length when is erect, is this normal? Q2: My penis bend towards left, what should I do to fix it? Q3: There are a lot of scars on my penis, what should I do to get rid of them? Does circumcision help? (Scars are on the shaft skin , outside and some at base.

Your size of penis is normal, So, be reassured
Slight curvature to right or left is normal and does not need any fixation.

Scars you have mentioned are not common. However, if they are causing pain or if they are increasing, you will need to consult your doctor
