I am am not circumcised and my penis is swollen with yellow stuff i clean regularly. im in the military and im embarrased about this. would i be eligible for circumcision and what are the risks...im tired of going through this...i have no stds.

I really do not know about the military rules in your country. Get it checked. Circumcision does help.
