My Period Was Due On 1st May. I Had Spotting

My period was due on 1st may. I had spotting on 1st and 2nd may. Then from yesterday i m having blood flow but it is v scanty. This never happened before. Plus i breastfeed my baby who is 20 months old. My baby is sick since spotting occured. Plz tell is all ok?
