Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

In case you suspect pregnancy, I suggest you to get urine pregnancy test (UPT). UPT normally comes positive 10-14 days after conception. In the absence of pregnancy, delayed periods can be due to stress, anxiety or hormonal imbalance. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
