My Problem Came From Nowhere 4 Weeks Ago. I Am

My problem came from nowhere 4 weeks ago.
I am having trouble with swallowing when it is not food or liquid.
When I'm eating or drinking it disappears immidiately.
I don't feel any pain. It feels like a swelling in my throat when I'm swallowing.
I don't feel any other problems with me.
I visited doctors, I did blood-tests and ultrasonography of my neck and my internal organs.
It appears that I'm a healthy person with no patology anywhere.

Here is a few things I have noticed:
1. It disappears when I'm eating or drinking and returns right after.
2. I don't feel it in mornings. May be just a bit.
3. During the day it could be felt stronger or weaker with no reason.
4. When I'm on the bed and feel relaxed it feels weaker.
5. When I'm taking a bath it feels weaker.
6. When I yawn for a moments it feels a bit weaker.
7. I don't feel anything when I'm not swallowing . Only when it feels strong then I might have a slight feeling.
