My son is experiencing a sharp pain in his upper back on the right side between his spine and shoulder blade. He describes it as a stabbing pain. It is a constant pain that makes it hard to move or breath. I have experienced this myself in the past. I was convinced it was a pinched nerve. I never went to a doctor. It went away after a few days. Could it be a pinched nerve. If so, is there anything he can do for quick relief?
