My Son Jumped Off A Bridge Into Shallow Water. Tore

My son jumped off a bridge into shallow water. Tore his Achilles and miniscus. Had them repaired. Still had a pain under his left rib. They did an mri and found nothing. They did endoscopy and found markers for crohns in the biopsy.. Grandma had chrohns. So they decided to do a colonoscopy and diagnosed him worth h pylori....and his gal bladder was not working. They treated the h pylori, confirmed it was gone, then took his gal bladder out...Dr looked around internally under rib to see if any issues and didn't see any. He continues to have pain under his rib. Sometimes tingling in left foot and hand. 21 yrs old. Active. Construction worker
