My Son Was 8 Weeks Prem And Is Now 5

My son was 8 weeks prem and is now 5 days corrected age so technically 8.5 weeks old. He has had severe bronchiolitis and was in hospital on a ventilator for 3 days and discharged 2 days ago. Whilst admitted he had a blood transfusion as was slightly aneamic. He's getting better slowly, his breathing is getting better, his appetite has come back and he is having lots of wet nappies. The only thing I'm worried about now is when he goes to sleep he turns very pale (breathing stays the same) and is easy to wake. Should I be worried? Once he wakes he goes straight back to his normal colouring and is very alert etc. It's only if I lay him flat on his bouncer or Moses basket.
