My Son Was Working Tying Rebar, The Company Started To

My son was working tying rebar, the company started to bring the materials over from China. Since he was working with that, he used gloves and both his hands have come infected to the point his never vex in the fingers makes it hard to drive. He too a coarse to change occupations. But due to the nerves hurting so bad he cannot do that. Now it has gone to his heel and he can hardly put his boot on. The Compensation board wants to cut him off from his claim! I am really worried that he could loose his hands and he is too young for that. He has used several creams with cortisone , in fact he has been dealing with this for over a year. Any suggestion what it might be. They tested his gloves and say the dust is bad, so wonder what it would do to the lungs.
