My symptoms are chronic fatigue, very easily to excert , low oxygen ( o2 stat) on oxygen and c pap 24/7, temp swelling in left arm and right leg, on metropolol and recently metformin, ( borderline diabetes) was told heart somewhat enlarged and need to loose weight. But no real diagnosis
