My Thyroid Panel Came Back. I Was Diagnosed With Hashimotos

My thyroid panel came back. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos many years ago. I haven’t felt good for months and these are the labs that came back.
•TSH (l) .08
•T3 (h) 4.48
•Thyroid Peroxidase antibody
(H) 288
I also have family history or thyroid cancers and family history of many autoimmune disorders such as RA, Lupus and many more.
Should I be concerned with my labs?
