My Wife Is 60 Years Old Has History Of Heart

My wife is 60 years old has history of heart issues 6 stents, on Plavix and aspirin for 10 years. She is experiencing upper stomach pain and tingling in arms and legs. She had MRI on liver, pancreas all Ok. She recently had nuclear stress test all ok. What could be causing the abdominal pain and tingling in arms and legs?
