Myasthenia Gravis Patient, Chest Pain. Took Blood Pressure. Taking Lisinopril. Go To ER?

I'm a 49 yr. old woman, H 5'4" weight 220 lbs. myasthenia gravis patient no history of diabetes, non smoker since July 13, 1989, chest pain in center of chest, just took blood pressure 98/64, I do take 20mg of lisinopril at bed time (been taking this since 2010 when I still weighed 280. Normally, my blood pressure runs 118/76...
This came on suddenly and it hasn't subsided in 2 hours. The pain is on the scale (for me, high tolerancy) 7 or 8.
Should I go to the ER?

Yes you must get checked in ER. Fall of BP has significance in presence of central pain in chest. An EKG may be done and some blood test to evaluate if it is of heart origin. management follows on finding.
