NUMB TINGLING IN RIGHT ARM FROM ELBOW TO FINGERTIPS, PLEASE HELP
I was reaching for something at work and when I extended my arm, I got a sharp pain from my elbow to my hand. Following the extreme pain came a tingling sensation in my hand. Now for almost a week, I'v had a constant ache in my arm and hand. Everytime I go to pick something up or extend my arm I get that sharp pain, and then the numbness. can anyone help me find out what's going on?

You have not mentioned your age.
If you are elderly then there is possibility of having cervical spondilitis causing stretching of nerves resulting in pain ,tingling and numbness.
Some times extra cervicla rib can also gives same problem.
Go for xray cervical region.
