Nasal Mucous Plug, Ears Pop When Swallow, Clogged, Unable To Breath, Tried Neti Pot. Recommendations?

I am wondering the best way to extract a nasal mucous plug. I have been stopped up for a month. Every few days if I blow hard enough a small chunk of a thick, meaty mucous plug will come out. I am so clogged I can't breathe at all through nose. And my ears pop when I swallow. I have to get this out. I have tried a netti pot but the water won't go though since I am so clogged.

You seem to suffer from sinusitis. Take nasal decongestant drops, oral decongestants, a course of antibiotics and lots of steam. Take steam daily twice. Do consult an ENT if the problem recurs. You need to go for CT scan PNS to check the status of osteomeatal complex and sinus mucosa. Regards
