Nausea And Upset Stomach After Having Sex, Painful. Why Did This Happen?
Hi, after having sex with my boyfriend, I felt very nauseous and had an upset stomach. I felt like throwing up and needing to do #2 at the same time. The way my stomach felt is pretty hard to explain, but it's kinda like as if I hadn't eaten anything for a whole day and it's just really hurting and feels as if it's eating itself. It lasted for about 30-40 minutes. Why did this happen?
I understand your concern. I also believe that you had a vasovagal attack after you had sex with your boyfriend. It seems to me that your autonomic system was so activated that you felt like urinating and defecating as well as vomiting at the same time after having sex. Anxiety may be relieved with medications as well as non-medicinal techniques like psychoeducation as well as yoga/pranayama. This is helpful to consult a psychiatrist who can recommend the right medications. I hope this helps.
Take care and have a lovely day!
