Nausea, Dizziness And Headache. Pain In The Collar Bone With Blocked Ears. Cause?

Hi, I felt dizzy and nauseous all day yesterday and also had a headache. Having drank plenty of fluids and had a good nights sleep I felt better this morning. However during the course of this morning & afternoon have developed a fairly sever ache along my collar bone and upper back/ neck area- as well as having blocked ears. Any ideas?

Probably you are getting some infection in the ear canal or infra auricular region(below the ear).
In my opinion you should start some ant inflammatory, analgesic and relevant antibiotic.
