Nausea, Dizziness, Pink Discharge And Back Pain. Any Chance Of Pregnancy?

I'm trying to fall pregnant, I have a day to go until my period. The last few weeks I have been experiencing nausea and dizziness. I now have a bit of a pink discharge, which I sometimes do get when I'm close to my period and a sharp pain on the one side of my back. Could I by chance be pregnant?

Hi,
In the current scenario, the only way to say if you are pregnant is by performing a blood test for pregnancy. You may also get a trans-vaginal sonogram after a few days if you do not see your regular period. Your symptoms suggest very early pregnancy and the discharge could be an implantation bleed or like you always have, a pre-menstrual spotting. The pain is not likely to be related to your period; please get a urinalysis and see a physician for further evaluation. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
