Nausea, Gurgling Belly, Abdominal Pain, Stomach Pain, Bruises On Legs And Arms, Tired. Suggestions?

I have not felt good in years. I went from always nausaeous and gurgly belly upon eating. I was told bacteria overgrowth and did a 6month round of various antibiotics. That was in 2011, now I have stomach pain on my left side and lower abdominal pain. I also have noticed my eyes hurt and have puss like gunk all thed time. I also have small bruises all up and down my legs and arms. I'm tired all the time and periodically have ice cold fingers that are tingly and lacking feeling. Any suggestions? I just want to feel good and feel my drs are not listening

Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

Presence of bacterial overgrowth suggest dysmotility of small intestine
Lower abdominal pain, hurting eyes, small bruises over legs and arms, generalised weakness, ice cold fingers which are tingling suggest there is multiorgan system involvement. And you need evaluation

It may be immunological disease like systemic lupus erythematous disease or systemic sclerosis.

So I will like to advise to visit Immunologist or Rheumatologist for evaluation.

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
