Nausea, Occasional Vomiting, Dizziness, Neck Pain, Diagnosed With Vertigo, History Of Shingles. What Is The Cause?

I have had nausea, sometimes vomiting, dizziness, neck pain for two years. Have been to ear, nose and throat specialists, neurologist, therapists . I have not been diagnosed with vertigo . The only illness I have ever had was shingles . I have now been in touch with the Mayo Clinic hoping they can diagnose what s wrong. I am 78 and worked until I was 75 and have always been in good health. Can you suggest a cause

Hi, Kabell,
Thanks for query.
It seems that you might be having cervical spondilitis giving rise to neck pain, vertigo etc due to irritation of nerves coming out from degenerative changes in cervical vertebrae.
Go for X ray cervical region and get diagnosed.
Another possibility is having Cerebro bacillar insufficiency due to age.
Consult your doctor and discuss about this.
Ok and bye.
