Hey there for bout 2 years now i wake up nauseated and i feel i like i have to throw up but if i have a bowel movement the nausea go away but besides that right below my right rib page i have a dull pain that just sits there and as im doing activitys in the day it starts to knotch up more and more and i have to lay in a certain position and it starts throbbing with relief i have sharp pains that will flare up in stomach and shoot to anus or scrotum majority time to the anus but its hits quick then stops and it will do threw out the day some times i wake up and it wont happen and my side wont hurt as bad
Hello Good evening, According to your symptoms, here is picture seems to duodenal ulcers or inflammation. I think you also have sensations of "something is moving" behind your rib cage in the right side. This is might be due to your smoking, drinking alcohol or any other hot beverages if you use or any other cause too, which leads to chronic inflammation and ulcers in your duodenum and cause mild pain, fullness and heaviness in that part and referred others too. You should take proper management for that including dietary habits, lifestyle changes and medications.
