Nausea, Upset Stomach, Loose Black Stools, Stress, Tension, Low Immunity. Suggestions?

my friend usually have nausea and stomach problem.. she very easily get loose motion.. sometimes she has black stools .. she is 22yrs old.. she has lots of problems in life.. so she takes lots of stress and tension .. her immunity is also low.. easily catches cough and col.. what shall she do.. please doctor assist me with your valuable advice..

Gastroenteritis. Drink bland fluids when you can. Light foods such as soup, pasta, rice and bread.

Try and include something like honey or vegemite - to replace sugar and salt you will have lost. Rehydrating sachets to add to warm water are available from pharmacies - in UK they are called Dioralyte "oral electrolyte powders for the fast and effective replacement of lost water and electrolytes"
