Nausea,tiredness.Light Bleeding And Spotting.Pregnant?

Tired for a 2 weeks and headaches off and on- mild nausea- dizziness- and tenderness of the breasts off and on for 1 week. My regular period started 3 days late- a lot of bright red blood at first with a few clots- extremely mild compared to my usual periods. the 2nd day was light bleeding and spotting- yesterday and today only spotting. The first 2 days my stomache and abdomen were painful and my back has had pains for the past week and 1/2. When I was pregnant with my oldest I did have a couple periods. With all 3 of my kids I have had extremely low hcg levels. Could I be pregnant? What do you think might be happening?

Hi,
With your past history and the mode of presentation you have at present, pregnancy needs to be excluded if you are sexually active without any contraception. I would suggest you to get a serum beta-hCG assay followed by a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram. If no pregnancy is detected, you have to rule out other causes like hormonal disturbances, local lesions, infection, weight disturbances and stress. Please see your consultant and get the needful done. Take care.
