Nauseous When Anything Eaten, Lower Right Abdominal Pain, Periods Started Which Was Light. Reasons ?

Hi, I don't know how to start this but here it goes. I've been nauseous the past 3 days when I eat ANYTHING. I've also had lower right abdominal pain and I started my period today and it normally starts off light and towards the middle of the day gets heavier.. I get home and nothing at all. This has never happened. Me and my fiancee have been trying for a year now to have a baby. But I don't want to get my hopes up. But do I have a reason to?

Hi,
In the present scenario, you should get a pregnancy test after a couple of days with a fresh early morning sample of urine or if you wish for an earlier and better confirmation, go for a serum beta-hCG estimation along with a trans-vaginal sonogram. It could be an implantation bleed or a scanty period, your symptoms are not specific. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
