Neck And Shoulder Pain, Eye Pain, Headaches, Numbness In Toes, Tingling, Painful. Any Ideas?

I have had some neck and shoulder pain for several months now. However the past month or so the pain had become unbearable and is affecting my ability to get through the day. My head feel like it will explode most of the time and my eyes hurt. In addition to all this, my toes have been numb for weeks now and the tips of my fingers take turns feeling numb. They start off burning red and tingle, then they turn white and feel like they were injected with novicaine. when the white starts to get blue then purple the pain starts. Sometimes it hurts a lot

hi
thanks for choosing HCM
your symptoms are pointing towards thoracic outlet syndrome
first thing get your Xray cervical spine and X ray shoulder joint
then consult an orthopaedician and a physiotherepist
avoid pillows ,maintain good neck posture thruout the day

do not attempt any neck strengthening exercises on your own at this stage the pain may worsen
avoid extremes of temperatures on hands
i hope my suggestion would help you
