Neck, Back And Shoulder Pain, Arthritis, Cervical Spondylosis. What Can Help My Body?
I have a work related neck, shoulder and back issues since 1996. My work bought my a tempur pedic pillow. I have used it for years. I reinjured my neck two years ago lifting things above my head. As a result my neck pain increased. I went to my doctor eventually and got xrays and now I have arthritis in my neck, Cervical spondylosis. I am now basically sleeping with no pillow. I start off sleeping with a wrap that has rice in it that I heat up every night and morning and its very soothing with the pain. I end up falling asleep on my back with the wrap (which makes me snore more) and when I wake I turn on my side and use this little kind of lumpy but soft wrap to sleep on. I have just looked at a lot of pillows on the internet and they are all mostly like my old pillow. It is too fat for me to sleep on except upside down and backwards so that I am not using the hump part at all because it makes my neck hurt more. I need support of my neck but not as much as I had with my pillow.
