Hi,
Your problems might be due to nature of your job.
Constant sitting on computer leads to stiffness in neck, arms and leg muscles giving rise to neck pain, legs etc.
Sluggish intestine movement due to not having proper abdominal muscle exercise give rise to gastric problem as well.
In between your work have some walking, body movements and some relaxation.
Do active exercise daily like walking, running, swimming for 30-40 minutes for 5 days in a week.
Ok and take care.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. Saurabh Gupta's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM

The pains that you have described are likely to be due to a muscular pain most likely caused by a wrong body posture.
Taking mild pain killers and muscle relaxants will bring a short term relief. Regular stretching and strengthening exercise will be helpful.
You must here onwards acquire an appropriate posture while working on a computer.
If the pain does not subside by rest and mild medications, try going to a physiotherapist clinic near you. If it persists even after 3 to 4 weeks, visit your orthopaedician for a check up and necessary investigations.

Hope this will helps you. Take care.
