Neck Pain, Dizziness Due To Gastritis. Endoscopy Test Done. History Of High BP. Cure?
I am having Gastritis problem and I am getting some kind of little pain or discomfort on my neck (left side) and sometime little bit of giddiness is also felt due to gastritis. After Endoscopy test, 4 months back, Gastritis was tested positive and I have taken some medicine at that time for two weeks time and I felt better for sometimes but again I am having the same neck pain and giddiness. Request you please suggest some medicine or guide me for complete cure. Also liked to mention that I am having BP 150/110. Best Regards
Hello,
Your blood pressure is high and that might be causing giddiness to you.
Your neck pain may be due to cervical spondylitis and this in itself can contribute towards your giddiness.
Gastritis doesnt cause giddiness.
For gastritis you may have to take medicines for 6 weeks.
Take the following measures to control your high blood pressure and gastritis
Restrict your calories
Shed your weight.
Stop smoking and moderate your alcohol intake
Reduce your salt intake
Avoid junk foods and colas
Consume fresh fruits and green vegetables
Do regular exercises
Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercises.
You have to change your lifestyle to be healthy.
Thanks
The Problem associates involvement of pitta and vata doshas . The clear indicators of the dosh state are gastritis , pain neck and hypertension .There may be irregular bowel habits , ocassional headache , sleep disturbances etc . For exact details of the body state followin tests i.e. Naadi Parikshan and Ashtvidh Parikshan are required . Meanwhile best ayurvedic medicines will be Praval panchamrita Rasa 1 TDS , Sootshekhar Rasa 1 TDS , Equal amount of powders of Terminalia Chebula , emblica officinalis , terminalia bellerica, glyceyrrhiza glabra And Zinziber officinale in dose of 1/2 tsf twicw with water twice in a day . Complete medicine plan can be decided on basis of conversation with patient
Hi,
You were diagnosed as Gastritis by endoscopy. For that regular, periodic, bland & chilly free diet is advised. The dizziness is not due to gastritis.
Brain consists of two major parts 1) major part occupying front & upper portion is called Cerebrum which gets its blood supply thro' both sides of front of the neck. 2) the rear small portion is called as Cerebellum which gets blood supply thro' the neck bones backside. due to so many reasons there may be some problem in the neck bones which in turn reduces the blood supply to brain as well pain either one or two sides of neck.
The probable cause of neck pain associated with giddiness should be ruled out by MRI scan. If it is absolutely normal we may have to think of other causes. for which a thorough Master check up along with carotid doppler may be needed
Wishing you early recovery
