Dear patient, There is a proper way of managing pain during opiate withdrawals. Drugs like methadone, naloxone or naltrexone are available for treatment, but are used under strict supervision and a planned regime by a deaddiction specialist. Pls donot use them by self. Also your deaddiction specialist may want to consider amitriptylline, muscle relaxants or NSAIDs as add on thrapy for pain. So pls meet your doctor for a proper advice.
