Hello and welcome to HCM, The interpretation of stool test is as follows: The watery character of stools suggests that you are suffering from diarrhea. Presence of pus cells and red blood cells in stools suggest presence of infection and some kind of bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract. Absence of ova and parasites in stools rule out possibility of infection by worms. The yeast cells in stools seems to be a contamination. Thus, infection by bacteria or parasites is unlikely. There is some other cause of diarrhea which has to be investigated.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
