Need Advice To Overcome The Condition Of MVP

hello i want to know what should the best thing i can do with my health problem cause a month ago i diagnose that i had a mild mitral valve prolapse my cardio gave me an inderal 10mg but she told me that the inderal is not a maintenance i just only take this when i feel a shortness of breath..i wan to know what other things i want to do to overcome this MVP..TNX GOD BLESS...

MVP can be because of your heart anatomy but sometimes it may be associated with other diseases.I dont think any specific medicine can cure MVP.But if you have other diseases like graves, thyroid disorder ,they might need diagnosis and intervention.
