Hi How are you. My wife had earlier 2 miscarraiges , this time she is 3 months pregnant and the torch test reveals rubella antibody - 140 positive IgG and Negative IgM cytomegalo virus - 1.61(AI) positive IgG and Negative IgM rest all is negative , she has been on FERTOMAX500 per week until further notice, now she has fever specially after evening , please advice if everything is going normal. thanks bharat
Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows: 1. Both rubella and cmv virus are previous infections. Negative IgM indicates no present infection. No complications for present pregnancy. 2. Ferotmax is for pregnancy support. Do continue it 3. Fever might be due to other cause, and is not due to rubella or cytomegalovirus. If more symptoms are available, I can be more specific.
Hope it helps. Any further queries, happy to help again.
