Need Evaluation Of Chest X-ray

Cardiac shadow is within normal limits. No significant parenchymal lesion is seen other than accentuation of broncho-vascular marking in both lungs fields. Both hila are normal. Both domes of diaphragm are low and flat. This ia my chest x ray report.plz explain me.

Accentuated broncho vascular markings in both lungs fields may be due to infection like bronchitis,age related changes etc.
Both domes of diaphragm and lungs hila appears normal.
Findings are not serious at all.
You also need clinical correlation.
