Hello, christina.vandian,
From what you have mentioned about your results,
I understand that your ASCA IgA and ASCA
IgG were both
positive.
pANCA is another antibody test that is more common with
ulcerative colitis.
ASCA IgG and IgA are more common with Crohn's (40-50 % ).
If you have findings on your small bowel x-rays or endoscopy
suggestive of Crohn's and these lab tests are positive, it is
highly likely you have thie condition.
Along with this, if you have a family member that had either
ulcerative colitis or Crohn's , your risk goes up.
There are other antibody tests as well, such as
Anti-CBir1 (50 % in Crohn's)
Anti-Omp C (Associated with rapid progression of Crohn's)
Anti-I-2.
You can discuss these with your gastroenterologist.
I wish you well.
