THE MAIN FEATURE OF NAOTE IS PRESENCE OF AN IRREGULAR SOLID MASS INVOLVING TE UPPER PORTION OF THE RIGHT KIDNEY.THIS MASS SHOWS A HETEREROGENOUS DENSITY WITHOUT CENTRAL NECROSIS.NO INTERNAL CALCIC FOCI

IT ENHANSES AFTER IV CONTRAST FROM 35 HU APPROX TO 54 HU DEMOTING A VASCULAR TUMOR

NO PROMINENT CALCIFICATIONS

IT APPROX MEASURES 56*54MM

THE OUTER ASPECT OF THE TUMOR IS LOBULATED WITH IRREGULARITY OF OUTLINE AND SHOW EARLY THE LESION APPEARS TO INFILTRATION INTO THE PERI-NEPHRIC FAT

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Ct scan shows a mass in the right kidney in the upper pole or upper aspect.
2. Mass ms 56x44 mm
3. Tumor appears to be malignant with infiltration of fat surrounding the kidney.
4. Malignant tumor of kidney. Biopsy is necessary for further evaluation.
