NO PROMINENT CALCIFICATIONS
IT APPROX MEASURES 56*54MM
THE OUTER ASPECT OF THE TUMOR IS LOBULATED WITH IRREGULARITY OF OUTLINE AND SHOW EARLY THE LESION APPEARS TO INFILTRATION INTO THE PERI-NEPHRIC FAT

Hi, Thanks for asking. Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows: 1. Ct scan shows a mass in the right kidney in the upper pole or upper aspect. 2. Mass ms 56x44 mm 3. Tumor appears to be malignant with infiltration of fat surrounding the kidney. 4. Malignant tumor of kidney. Biopsy is necessary for further evaluation.
