Need Help With Urinalysis

Hello. My mother is 79 years old. She was diagnosed with Urinary bladder cancer and it was removed with the unrinary bladder intact since it was discovered very early. She took a chemo shot right after her surgery and took BCG for 6 weeks after. Her new urine analysis (microscopic examination) revealed RBCs 30-35 and Pus celss 20-25. I am very worried about the RBC and ous cell count. What does this mean please. Thank you very much.

Hi,
Looking at the history and laboratory report, I can think of two things:
1. Yet to heal surgery: probably leading to bleeding
2. Urinary tract infection: Looking at values of RBC and Pus cells, I strongly think of the latter. A urine culture would be beneficial for confirmation.

I am not thinking of any bladder cancer in the present scenario as there was no other cells identified in microscopic examination.
It appears to be urinary tract infection as her immunity might be low due to chemotherapy.
