A chronic granulomatous lesion may refer to a small brain infection which might have occurred months or years back. She can have seizures because of this problem. The treatment requires taking an anti epileptic medicine for a few years. She must be careful while doing high risk activities like cooking, driving, swimming and when working with heavy machinery as any seizure can give rise to dangerous events.
