Calcified granuloma in brain is a healed stage and it doesn't require any treatment. Granuloma may be due to infection like neurocysticercosis,tuberculoma. Calcification indicates that it is now healed and it is not active at present. Mild edema is normally seen after seizure episode.Main therapy should be seizure control.
