Need Medication For Back Pain Caused Due To Hemodyalisis

I have been experiencing lower back pain after 3 years on hemodyalisis. I feel due to fluid restriction during this period that the muscles were starving for liquid. I had a kidney transplant on Feb 17 this year, and have been advised no exercise for six weeks. Any ideas

Thanks for posting your query.

Patients with kidney failure will have abnormalities in calcium phosphorus and vitamin D. These are necessary for the strength of bones including your back .
Apart from this another possibility is disc problems which needs a MRI Lumbar Spine to confirm .
But before going for scan get calcium phosphorus and vitamin d3 levels done and revert back with reports.
