Need Medication For Chest Pain ,headache & Double Vision

My sister seems to get frustrated and gets headaches. She also has told me that she has chest pain and blurry and double vision problems. She has gone to the hospital to get tests done but everything has been normal. Now they are keeping her on a heart monitor. Are these symptoms tell you any diagnose?

Double vision and head ache can be explained, as migraine. It is to be seen whether double vision is for one eye or both eye. For eye refraction and ocular muscle movement is to be checked. For chest pain she has been on heart monitor. After getting all the result the treatment can be planed.
